Isobel's gift

My girlfriend had a baby girl last week which was a great excuse to sew something. I have two boys so I love getting any chance to make girly stuff. I made an infant girls tunic top thanks to a pattern from madebypetchy.glogspot.com Pattern is very small so I graded it up quite a bit. I made the bias binding myself with some remnants. I am addicted to making bias binding. Firstly, it’s too expensive to buy and secondly I just love doing it for some weird reason.
I also, made the big butt baby pants (rear pictured) thanks to a pattern from “Made by Rae” I think I might make adjustments to this pattern next time as the inner leg seam is a bit off. Anyway, I hope they look ok on.
